Ingredients

• Grapefruit
• Honey
• Cinnamon

Directions

1. Turn on broiler in the oven
2. Slice the grapefruit in half and lay on an oven safe pan, face up.
3. Drizzle honey over the top. I like to spread it out evenly over the whole face of the grapefruit.
4. Sprinkle with cinnamon
5. Place in oven under the broiler. It will take 3-5 minutes depending on oven
6. WATCH IT VERY CAREFULLY!!! You will know it’s done with the top has bubbles up and started to caramelize. Take it out and enjoy!
