I recently saw a recipe for Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Rolls and instantly knew that I had to try them. Trav loves a good peach cobbler. The part that stole my heart was the crumble topping! Wow that just pushes the cinnamon rolls over the top!! We had some fresh raspberries from our garden that we threw in a few and that raspberry/peach mixture was a crowd favorite.

Ingredients
- Cinnamon Roll Recipe (see below)
- Peach filling
- 250 g peaches peeled and pitted, about 3 peaches
- 50 g granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 teaspoon water
- Crumble
- 100 g all-purpose flour
- 30 g brown sugar
- 70 g granulated sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 50 g butter room temperature
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
- Make cinnamon roll dough according to directions in recipe above. When ready to add the cinnamon filling to the dough, then refer back to this recipe.
- Prepare the peach filling. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
- Roll out your cinnamon roll dough into a large rectangle. Spread the cinnamon filling over the top. Sprinkle the peach filling on top of the cinnamon.
- Roll up into a log and cut into rolls.
- Place on a prepared pan to rise.
- Prep the crumble topping. Sprinkle over the cinnamon rolls while rising.
- Once risen for about 30 minutes, place in oven for 21-25 minutes. (Since I also added some with raspberries, they took a bit longer and were closer to 30 minutes because of the added moisture.)
- Allow to cool slightly and then frost with a thin glaze of vanilla frosting. (See cinnamon roll recipe for ingredients).
- Enjoy!
