This last Thanksgiving I made this very labor intensive pie which was a total flop except for finding this crumble! Oh my lanta! It now has become my favorite to add on top of yogurt or cream cheese frosting. The cinnamon and cardamom pair together perfectly!

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 6 TBS butter, room temp
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl
- Mash and mix with hands until a loose crumb forms and there are no dry spots or chunks of butter
- Spread of parchment paper
- Bake at 325 for 15 minutes, agitating every 5 minutes or so until golden brown
