Hot Chocolate Mix (for a crowd)

This is my favorite hot chocolate mix to have on hand during the cold winter months. I normally end up making a couple of batches each winter. It’s nice to have ready to go when a big group of kids come to play in the snow.

I have also used it for a church event where I needed a lot of hot chocolate for a very large crowd. This fits perfectly in a very large Tupperware bowl.

Ingredients

  • 7 cups Powered Milk
  • 1 lb Powdered Sugar
  • 60 oz of Nesquik Chocolate Milk Powder

Directions

  1. Add all the ingredients into a very large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Store in a dry container.
  2. When serving: add 1/4 to 1/3 cup to 8 oz of water.
  3. (If serving to a large crowd, it’s best to add the mix first THEN the water, that way it won’t overflow.)
